Problems solved by technology

However, such an electrical signal is too weak and needs to be amplified and output by an electrical amplifier.
Using ordinary amplifiers, the signal energy is mainly concentrated at the low noise frequency. The noise energy in this frequency band is large, and the signal-to-noise ratio of the signal in this frequency band is low. In the actual experiment process, it is not good for frequency detection, which increases the difficulty of signal extraction and processing.

Abstract

The invention provides an electric amplifier based on frequency detection. The electric amplifier comprises an LC feedback resonant structure, an operational amplifier and an LC balancing structure, wherein the operational amplifier comprises an inverting input end, a non-inverting input end and a balanced output end, two ends of the LC feedback resonant structure are separately connected with theinverting input end and the balanced output end, and a negative feedback network is formed between the inverting input end and the balanced output end; the LC balancing structure is connected with the non-inverting input end; the LC feedback resonant structure is used to select signals with a specific frequency from received signals; the operational amplifier is used to provide transconductance gains for the signals with the specific frequency; and the LC balancing structure is used to perform balance matching on bias currents of the non-inverting input end and the inverting input end. According to the electric amplifier based on frequency detection provided by the invention, the frequency of the selected current signals is in in a low-noise frequency band of the amplifier.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of amplifiers, in particular to an electric amplifier based on frequency detection. Background technique [0002] In photodetection experiments, the detection of optical signals is to convert optical signals into electrical signals. Contents of the invention [0003] In order to reduce the noise introduced by the amplifier and reduce the difficulty of signal extraction and processing, the invention provides an electric amplifier based on frequency d...
