Abstract

The germination-accelerating seedling culturing method for gumbo seeds includes the following steps of (1)seed pretreating; (2) seedbed preparing; (3) seed soaking and disinfecting, wherein seeds are put into disinfection liquid and soaked for 10 min to 20 min to be sterilized and disinfected, and then the treated seeds are put into a seed soaking agent and soaked for 2 h to 4 h; (4) germination accelerating at the variable temperature; (5) sowing and seedling culturing, wherein planting pits are dugin seedling culturing beds, seeds are sowed, biogas liquid is sprayed, the treated seeds are covered with fine soil, flood irrigation is carried out with small water, and soil is kept wet till the seeds are germinated. According to the germination-accelerating seedling culturing method for gumbo seeds, the germination accelerating time can be shortened, the germination rate and the germination index of gumbo seeds are increased, the quality of seedlings is further improved, and the germination-accelerating seedling culturing method has the vitally-important value for production and usage of gumbos.
