The chemical formula of the fluorescent probe complex is {[Zn(btca)(py)2]}n, wherein the btca is 5-carboxyl benzotriazole divalent anions, and py is pyridine. The preparation method includes the steps of firstly, adding H2btca and zinc nitrate hexahydrate into the mixed solvent of pyridine and distilled water to obtain a mixed liquid; secondly, placing the mixed liquid into a container, performing reaction in a constant-temperature drying oven of 100 DEG C for 24 hours to obtain colorless rhombic block-shaped crystals, filtering the obtained crystals, washing the filtered crystals with distilled water for three times, washing the filtered crystals with anhydrous ethanol for three times, and drying to obtain the fluorescent probe complex.
