The damper includes a main structure, a shell, an SMA spring unit, a mass block, a preloaded spring unit, an annular sliding support, an annular limiting block, a permanent magnet and a copper plate, wherein the shell comprises a bottom plate, a stiffening side plate, a stiffening upper-cover plate, a vertical stiffening rib, a side plate circumferential-direction stiffening rib, an upper cover plate circumferential-direction stiffening rib and a longitudinal stiffening rib; the SMA spring unit includes a horizontal hinged joint, a horizontal guide rod, a SMA spring, a SMA core, a temperature control layer and a protective layer; a preloaded spring joint includes a universal hinged joint, a vertical guide rod and a preloaded spring. The invention aims to provide the low-frequency Intelligent nonlinear tuning mass damper (TMD) made of shape memory alloy (SMA).
