Abstract

The invention discloses an antibacterial silicone tube, a composite antibacterial material and a method for preparing a surface coating on a silicone tube from the composite antibacterial material. The antibacterial silicone tube comprises a silicone tube body and a nanometer silver-loaded titanium dioxide-chitosan composite antibacterial material layer on the surface of the silicone tube body. The composite antibacterial material is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 0.1 to 0.2 part of nanometer silver-loaded titanium dioxide, 0.05 to 0.1 part of a silane coupling agent KH-550 and 0.2 to 0.3 part of chitosan. The antibacterial silicone tube is high in security and low in cost; the composite antibacterial material is easy to prepare and not prone to oxidation stain; and the preparation method allows the antibacterial material to firmly coat the surface of the silica gel tube and not prone to falling off, and is small in consumption of the antibacterial material and low in preparation cost.
