Problems solved by technology

[0005] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a seawater-based polymer fracturing fluid with high temperature resistance that can be continuously mixed and its preparation method in view of the deficiencies and limitations of the existing seawater-based fracturing fluid system. On the basis of the original products, the company has formed a seawater-based fracturing fluid through optimization of fracturing fluid additives and formula optimization. According to the technical requirements of fracturing construction, the cost of offshore fracturing construction can be greatly reduced, the construction efficiency can be improved, and the damage of fracturing fluid to the formation can be significantly reduced, so as to improve the effect of reservoir stimulation

Embodiment 3

[0071] The formulation optimization scheme for continuous mixing and fracturing construction of the continuous mixing high temperature resistant seawater-based polymer fracturing fluid provided by the present invention:

[0072] Since continuous mixing has high requirements on the swelling performance of fracturing fluid (the swelling time is less than 10 minutes, and the thickener can only swell about 80% in a short period of time), the laboratory test must use the form of online simulation to optimize the construction formula. The specific method is as follows :

[0073] Start the rheometer and adjust the program, set the experimental conditions, prepare for the temperature and shear resistance test of the fracturing fluid, prepare the seawater-based fracturing fluid base fluid according to the designed formula, stir for 10 minutes, add the auxiliary synergist and stir evenly , Immediately transfer to the rheometer rotating cylinder test system, start the temperature and she...

Abstract

A high-temperature resistant seawater-based polymer fracturing fluid capable of continuous blending and a preparing method thereof are disclosed. The fracturing fluid includes 0.4-0.8 wt% of a thickening agent, 0.3-0.6 wt% of an auxiliary synergist, 0.2-0.4 wt% of an activating agent, 0.2-0.4 wt% of a metal ion stabilizer, and 0.3-0.4 wt% of a temperature stabilizer, with the balance being seawater. Beneficial effects of the fracturing fluid are that: a water-soluble multi-component copolymer is adopted as the thickening agent of the fracturing fluid system so that the fracturing fluid can rapidly swell in seawater having a high degree of mineralization; a low-viscosity high-elasticity fluid having a high space structure is formed through synergistic effects (non-crosslinking functions) with the auxiliary synergist; a sand-carrying property is good when the apparent viscosity is greater than 20 mPa.s; the prepared fracturing fluid is not eroded by bacteria, has characteristics of salt resistance, good temperature resistance and shearing resistance, low harm, no residue after cleaning, and the like, and can be prepared in batch or mixed continuously by adopting sea water; and the fracturing fluid can significantly reduce offshore fracturing construction costs and can increase fracturing construction efficiencies and reservoir yield-increasing effects.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of oil and gas reservoir stimulation, in particular to a seawater-based polymer fracturing fluid with high temperature resistance and a preparation method thereof which can be continuously mixed. Background technique [0002] With the development of high-quality oil and gas reserves, the recoverable and easy-to-recover reserves continue to decrease, and the focus of oil and gas development has gradually shifted from high permeability to low permeability, and from land to sea. One of the hotspots of research. Na in seawater + 、K + , Ca 2+ , Mg 2+ The plasma content is very high, and the fracturing fluid currently used in fracturing construction is sensitive to ions, and its performance decline cannot meet the construction needs. Therefore, the study of seawater-based fracturing fluid is the key to solving the technical problems of offshore fracturing and reducing the cost of offshore fracturing constructi...
