The parallel capacitor voltage-equalizing topological circuit comprises a plurality of cascade circuits. Each cascade circuit is arranged on a circuit board. The housing is internally provided with a plurality of vertical separator boards for placing the circuit boards in one-to-one correspondence, an upper separator board above the vertical separator boards, and a lower separator board below the vertical separator board. Gaps for air passing are arranged among the vertical separator boards, the upper separator boards and the lower separator boards. The upper separator board is provided with an upper through hole for each circuit board. The lower separator board is provided with a lower through hole for each circuit board. The housing is internally provided with an air chamber for outwards blowing air.
