Abstract

The Al-Li-Ti aluminum lithium alloy comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 2.0-6.0 percent of Li, 1.0-2.0 percent of Ti, 2.0-4.0 percent of Sr, 2.0-3.0 percent of Mg, 0.2-0.4 percent of Eu, 0.8-2.0 percent of Sn, 0.2-0.3 percent of Th, 0.5-1.4 percent of S, 0.4-1.8 percent of B and the balance of aluminum. The Al-Li-Ti aluminum lithium alloy disclosed by the invention has extremely excellent flame retardant property in a static state and can achieve no obvious combustion after heat preservation in an atmospheric environment within the temperature range of 700-800 DEG C and standing for 5 hours. In the dynamic process, such as in the processes of liquid alloy stirring, air-blowing and melt treatment, when being damaged by intense stirring, a surface film of the aluminum lithium alloy can be rapidly regenerated, so that the oxidative combustion of the alloy is successfully impeded.
