Abstract

The invention discloses a collagen extraction process based on fish scales of small yellow croakers. The process comprises the following steps: (1) pre-treatment: cleanly washing the fish scales of the small yellow croakers, and soaking the fish scales with 5 percent of sodium hydroxide for 22 hours; washing the soaked fish scales with tap water until washing liquid is neutral, and soaking with 10 percent of citric acid for 2 hours; then washing with the water again until the washing liquid is neutral, putting in a 40 DEG C electric constant temperature drying oven for carrying out constant temperature treatment for 8 hours, and finally putting in a pulverizing machine to be pulverized into powder to obtain fish scale powder of the small yellow croakers; (2) extracting the fish scale powder of the small yellow croakers in a constant-temperature water bath pot of 66.5 DEG C for 246 minutes according to a feed-liquid ratio of mass volume ratio of 1 to 13 to obtain collagen extraction liquid; (3) carrying out separation to obtain collagen crude extracts of the fish scales of small yellow croakers.
