Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of processing of road plates, and provides a process for reprocessing marble scraps for road plates. The process comprises the following steps: crushing to form marble particles; placing the marble particles in sodium hydroxide with a mass concentration of 12-15% and soaking for 3.5-4.5 hours; adding a phenol-formaldehyde resin binder to the marble particles, stirring uniformly, pouring into a mold in a shape of the road plate; placing the mold into an oven, slowly heating to 90 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 2-5 hours, naturally cooling and demolding; defining the thickness; reworking; coating with waterproof glue; and grinding and polishing the surface for smoothing, showing a raw color of the marble and exposing patterns. The process provided by the invention combines chemical treatment with physical treatment, reprocesses the marble scraps on the basis of effectively utilizing original components of the marble, obtains the marble with high strength and good glossiness, is suitable for processing the road plates, and recycles the marble scraps.
