The tension winch can recover and release a rope, and the speed automatically follows up the tested winch; and the tension of the cable is kept near the user set tension. A hydraulic system of the tension winch comprises a high-tension control loop, a low-tension control loop and a cable arrangement control loop. The hydraulic system adopts the low-tension control loop when set tension is lower, so that the low-tension control precision and the highest speed requirement are guaranteed; the high-tension control loop is adopted when the set tension is higher; a variable pump is controlled to automatically adapt to the speed of the tested winch so as to achieve the effect of energy conservation; and the cable arrangement control loop is associated with a proximity switch of a cable arrangement mechanism to achieve a cable arrangement effect.
