The method comprises the following steps of (1) establishing an experimental varicocele animal model, (2) performing morinda officinalis crude polysaccharide treatment in an early stage, observing morphologic change of a hypothalamus Arc neuron, GnRH distribution and content change, and discussing a function and a mechanism of morinda officinalis crude polysaccharide for recovering body related hormone incretion by restoring a GnRH neuron, and (3) allowing a result to indicate that 50-100mg / kg morinda officinalis crude polysaccharide can effectively restore synthesis and secretion capacity of early-stage experimental varicocele hypothalamus GnRH. The morinda officinalis crude polysaccharide can restore reduction of the varicocele serum sex hormone level by stimulating secretion of the hypothalamus GnRH, and is crucial to maintaining and restoring of hypophysis and testicle functions.
