The intelligent adjusting and controlling system comprises a sensor module, a controller module, a driver module and an actuating module. The sensor module comprises ultrasonic sensors, a gyroscope used for collecting device posture information, and a wave buoy used for collecting the sea surface wave direction. The controller module comprises an MCU. The driver module is used for transmitting a control command to the actuating mechanism. The actuating mechanism comprises a lifting coarse adjustment branch, a lifting fine adjustment branch and a motor branch.
