The invention discloses a rapid data uploading apparatus and method of a smart wear device. The apparatus comprises a smart wear device, a relay, a router, and a cloud server. The smart wear device is internally provided with a first data memory. The relay is internally provided with a second data memory. The smart wear device collects physiological parameters of a human body, processes the physiological parameters into digital physiological data and stores the digital physiological data in the first data memory. The smart wear device also transmits the digital physiological data to the relay. If WIFI is not available, the relay stores the digital physiological data in the second data memory. If WIFI is available, the relay transmits the digital physiological data to the router through a WIFI network, and the router transmits the received digital physiological data through the internet to the cloud server to store and analyze.
