Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of the petrochemical engineering, and particularly relates to a high-temperature anticorrosion lubricating oil composition and a preparation method thereof. The provided composition comprises the following components by weight: 50-80 parts of poly a-alkene with a shop sign PAO40, 15-30 parts of poly a-alkene with a shop sign PAO20, 5-20 parts of caprate, and 0.5-5 parts of an antioxidant. The antioxidant is a steam turbine oil complexing agent provided by the BASF Aktiengesellschaft, and the shop sign is IR 2030D. The poly a-alkene with the specific viscosity is used as base oil, the suitable amount of the specific ester oil and the antioxidant is added to obtain the high-temperature anticorrosion lubricating oil composition with the excellent performance. The experimental result shows that the provided composition has the good high-temperature resistance, good low-temperature performance and viscosity-temperature property and low volatilization loss, and is capable of satisfying the use of hot roller motor bearings under the working conditions of high speed, high temperature and large load.
