Abstract

The manufacturing method includes the following steps that (a) raw bamboos are subject to straightening cutting to obtain bamboo wood; (b) drying is carried out at the temperature ranging from 180 DEG C to 250 DEG C for 2 h to 3 h, and mould proof and insect prevention liquid is sprayed; cooling is carried out to 150 DEG C to 180 DEG C for 6 h to 10 h; and then mould proof and insect prevention liquid is sprayed, and cooling is carried out to 50 DEG C to 150 DEG C for 3 h to 6 h; (c) the fence is manufactured; (d) heat treatment is carried out for 3 h to 5 h under the conditions that the temperature is 120 DEG C to 200 DEG C and the pressure is 0.2 MPa; (e) water spray cooling is carried out; and (f) drying is carried out at 45 DEG C to 60 DEG C until the water content is 10% to 18%.
