Embodiment

[0023] Preparation method of folic acid and oligomer-modified graphene oxide containing phosphorylcholine structure:

[0024] Graphene oxide (hereinafter referred to as GO) was synthesized by the improved Hummers method. Put 2g of graphite into a round-bottomed flask filled with 25mL of concentrated sulfuric acid, stir evenly in an ice-water bath, then add 0.5g of sodium nitrate, stir magnetically for 20 minutes, then add 8g of potassium permanganate in three times, and continue magnetic stirring for 30min . The temperature of the reaction system was raised to 35°C, and after stirring for 30 minutes, 100 mL of deionized water was added to the flask, the temperature was raised to 98°C, and stirring was continued for 30 minutes. Add 150 mL of 30% hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution to the flask to remove unreacted potassium permanganate, and the solution turns bright yellow at this time. Then use 5% hydrochloric acid and deionized water to wash by centrifugation, until the su...

Abstract

The invention discloses folic acid-phosphorylcholine oligomer modified graphene oxide as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The structural formula of the modified graphene oxide is as shown in the specification, wherein two monomers participating in polymerization comprise acrylate containing a phosphorylcholine structure and acrylate containing an amino structure; and a ratio of m to n ranges from 1 to 10. Compared with the prior art, the novel folic acid-phosphorylcholine oligomer modified graphene oxide provided by the invention has the advantages that the modified graphene oxide can be utilized for inducing hepatic artery thrombosis to achieve an effect of embolizing tumor tissues, and adriamycin loaded on the graphene oxide is continuously released so as to achieve an effect of killing cancer cells. Compared with the traditional iodized oil TACE (Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization) therapy, the drug-carrying graphene oxide disclosed by the invention is simple in therapy when being used for treating tumors and has an excellent chemotherapy effect. Side effects in the traditional therapy caused by rapid diffusion of chemotherapeutics are avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a graphene oxide modified by a folic acid-phosphorylcholine oligomer, a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of drug carriers. Background technique [0002] Transcatheter chemoembolization (TACE) targeting tumors, especially liver cancer, is currently one of the methods for treating unresectable tumors. Traditional TACE uses iodized oil as embolism agent, but since most current chemotherapy drugs such as doxorubicin and irinotecan are water-soluble, the mixed system of iodized oil and these drugs is extremely unstable, and the chemotherapy drugs can be used in a very short period of time. It will be released within a short period of time and enter the systemic circulation causing side effects. In order to completely improve this problem, some new embolic agents began to appear. Wingard, LB et al linked doxorubicin to cross-linked polyvinyl alcohol in the form of covalent bonds, and fo...
