The method includes steps of acquiring a measurement matrix and sampling data of the random grating based compressed sensing broadband hyper-spectral imaging system; generating an atmosphere turbulence transmission matrix; generating a general measurement matrix; reconfiguring a multi-spectral image; judging whether the multi-spectral image meets multi-spectral features or not; modifying the atmosphere turbulence transmission matrix; generating a general measurement matrix; reconfiguring a multi-spectral image; judging whether the multi-spectral image meets multi-spectral features or not; and acquiring an image of which the atmosphere turbulence influence is eliminated. According to the invention, by utilizing a characteristic of high acquiring efficiency for broadband spectrum image information in single-process exposure of the random grating based compressed sensing broadband hyper-spectral imaging system and by utilizing a characteristic of different response of atmosphere turbulence in different spectrums at the same time, influence of the atmosphere is eliminated.
