Embodiment Construction

[0020] A mixed silage containing forage rapeseed, its ingredients and production steps are:

[0021] (1) Preparation of raw materials.

[0022] Harvest the forage rape that has grown to the flowering stage in autumn, cut the forage rape and corn stalks to about 5 cm, cut the forage beet roots into slices about 1 cm thick, and collect the fallen leaves of the forest belt for later use.

[0023] Take the following fresh weight parts of raw materials and mix well, wherein 30% of rapeseed for feeding, 40% of corn stalks, 15% of beet forage, and 15% of leaves.

[0024] (2) Add bacteria agent.

[0025] Dissolve the compound bacterial agent and white granulated sugar with warm water at 40°C and evenly spray it into the above mixed feed with a watering can. The addition ratio is: 2000kg of mixed feed + 3g of compound bacterial agent + 100g of white granulated sugar + 10kg of water.

[0026] (3) Load cellar.

[0027] Spread the above mixed feed into the silo, and lay it in layers. W...

Abstract

Mixed microbiological fermented feed containing forage oilseed rapes is prepared from the following components by the following steps: (1) preparing raw materials: uniformly mixing and stirring the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 25 to 40 percent of forage oilseed rapes, 30 to 50 percent of corn straw, 10 to 20 percent of forage beets and 10 to 15 percent of leaves; (2) adding microbial inoculums: dissolving composite microbial inoculums and white granulated sugar by using warm water with the temperature of 40 DEG C according to a ratio that 2000 kg of mixed feed to 3 g of composite microbial inoculums to 100 g to 150 g of white granulated sugar to 10 kg of water, and then uniformly spraying; (3) storing in a pit: paving the mixed feed in a silage pit in a layering mode, and scattering salt on the feed when the paving thickness of each layer reaches 60 to 70 cm; and (4) performing fermentation in the pit at the fermentation temperature of 10 to 18 DEG C for 40 to 50 days. Living dry bacteria are prepared by compounding organic acid producing bacteria and cellulose decomposing bacteria, and are non-toxic, long in storage life, high in resurrection rate and remarkable in anaerobic fermentation effect. The raw materials are reasonable in proportion, rich in glycogen and comprehensive in nutrition, and the crude protein content and the crude fat content are higher than those of pure silage corns. The mixed microbiological fermented feed containing the forage oilseed rapes has high palatability and remarkable effect on weight increment or milk production of cattle and sheep, and is more excellent than straw ammoniated feed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a micro-storage feed, in particular to a mixed micro-storage feed containing forage rapeseed. Background technique [0002] Silage is to maintain the nutritional characteristics of green and juicy forage grass in an anaerobic environment, especially the loss of vitamins is significantly lower than that of hay. It can solve the problem of forage supply in the dry grass season, improve the palatability and digestibility of raw materials, and reduce feeding costs. Silage requires that the moisture content of the raw material be 65%-70%. If the moisture content is too high or too low, the silage will easily fail or the effect will be very poor. The micro-storage is to add bacteria and corresponding auxiliary substances to the raw materials, through the action of micro-storage bacteria, partially degrade lignin, and improve the palatability and digestibility of raw materials. Because micro-storage has relatively loose requirements...
