Abstract

The invention provides a fault detecting device and method of a stator winding of a micro electromagnetic generator. The fault detecting device consists of a vibration source, a micro generator, switching circuits, a main control panel and a controller. The vibration source provides a vibration with predetermined duration for the micro generator, so that magnetic induction lines produced by a rotor of the micro generator are cut by a stator armature structure of the micro generator, and electrical signals generated by a secondary winding are detected by signal detecting units arranged on the secondary winding of the micro generator. The switching circuits are used for amplification and filtering processing of the detected electrical signals generated by the secondary winding. The main control panel is used for calculating a stator instantaneous power of the micro generator according to the electrical signals processed by the switching circuits and determining the fault characteristic frequency band and the fault characteristic quantity by wavelet decomposition of the stator instantaneous power of the micro generator. And the controller is used for adjusting and controlling the vibration source. The fault detecting device and method are capable of detecting faults without interference with working of the generator, and has the advantage of strong capacity of interference resistance.
