Abstract

The method includes the steps that whether volatility is proper or not is judged by determining the density of residual oil, if the density and the volatility of the residual oil are proper, distillation continues, if the density of the residual oil is larger than a specified value, volatility is insufficient, part of light components obtained through reaction are preheated, the preheated light components are added into a reaction system to improve the volatility of the residual oil, and distillation continues. According to tests and by means of a conventional method, it is detected that the yield of biodiesel is 80-85%, the biodiesel content in the residual oil reaches 10%, and the biodiesel content in the light components reaches 70-80%. By means of the method, the undecane ester content in the light components is smaller than 0.5%, the docosane ester content in the residual oil is smaller than 0.5%, and the biodiesel yield reaches 90-94%.
