Abstract

The invention relates to a resin composition and in particular relates to a high-flame-retarding epoxy resin composition. The high-flame-retarding epoxy resin composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 45 parts of epoxy resin, 10 to 20 parts of phenol formaldehyde resin, 10 to 15 parts of a curing agent, 0.5 to 1 part of a curing accelerant, 5 to 10 parts of a DOPO (9,10-bihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide) derivative flame retardant containing silicon and fluorine, 5 to 15 parts of filling and the balance of a diluting agent. According to the high-flame-retarding epoxy resin composition provided by the invention, the DOPO derivative flame retardant containing silicon and fluorine is added into a composition system; on the one hand, the flame retardant has a relatively high surface transferring property; a high flame-retarding membrane is formed on the surface of a base material, so that the high-flame-retarding epoxy resin composition has high flame-retarding property, low smoke, low toxin and no corrosive gas; and on the other hand, when the content of the flame retardant reaches 5 percent to 10 percent, the content of cured products can reach UL94, grade V-0.
