The method comprises the following steps: when a distance sensing value is detected by the distance sensor, determining a sensing difference of the distance sensing value and a sensing threshold, wherein the sensing threshold is used for judging whether to carry out a screen turn-on operation or a screen turn-off operation on a screen according to the sensing threshold; when the sensing difference is greater than a preset difference threshold, detecting the light intensity in the current environment to obtain a light intensity sensing value; and when the light intensity sensing value is greater than a preset light intensity threshold, calibrating the sensing threshold.
