The Cc-106 strain is preserved in China Center for Type Culture Collection on July, 7, 2016 with the preservation number CCTCC M 2016380. The strain has the good characteristics of high yield production of the lovastatin, high sporulation quantity, simple culturing and the like. Under the conditions that the initial pH of a fermentation medium is 5.5, the culture temperature is 28 DEG C, and Cc-106 strain liquid fermentation is performed for 80h to 136h in a 5L fermentation tank, the yield of the lovastatin can reach about 184mg / L.
