Abstract

The invention discloses a fresh-keeping agent for preventing and treating tomato fruit postharvest early blight and an application method of the fresh-keeping agent. The method comprises the steps of (1) carrying out cleaning and sterilization on picked fresh tomato fruits; (2) preparing the fresh-keeping agent for preventing and treating tomato fruit postharvest early blight, wherein the fresh-keeping agent comprises jasmonic acid methyl ester, beta-aminobutyric acid, chitosan, citric acid, calcium chloride and water; (3) soaking the cleaned and sterilized tomato fruits in the fresh-keeping agent for preventing and treating tomato fruit postharvest early blight for 5-15 minutes; (4) taking out the soaked tomato fruits in a room-temperature condition and carrying out short-wave ultraviolet irradiation on the surfaces of the dried tomato fruits; and (5) storing the tomato fruits subjected to short-wave ultraviolet irradiation at room temperature. According to the fresh-keeping agent for preventing and treating tomato fruit postharvest early blight and the application method of the fresh-keeping agent, the early blight symptoms of the tomato fruits in the storage and transportation processes can be effectively relieved and the postharvest storage period is significantly prolonged.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of tomato fruit storage and preservation, and in particular relates to a preservative for preventing postharvest early blight of tomato fruits and a method for using the same. Background technique [0002] Alternaria solani, the pathogen of early blight (Tomato Early Blight), is one of the main pathogens of postharvest tomato fruit rot. At present, the prevention and treatment of this disease mainly adopts the method of low temperature storage combined with chemical preservatives. However, low-temperature storage and transportation require a large investment and are likely to cause chilling damage in tomato storage, resulting in tomato rot during the low temperature period or in a short period of time after leaving the warehouse. At the same time, long-term use of chemical preservatives will lead to drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria. In addition, preservatives will have adverse effects on human health and the en...
