Abstract

The invention provides a method for crassostrea nippona ecological breeding in a high-temperature period. According to the method, ecological breeding is carried out for accelerating maturity of parent oysters in a northern summer high-temperature period under conditions of high pond water temperature and rich bait materials; a conceptacle index method and effective accumulated temperature are combined for accurately determining egg laying time of the parent oysters to obtain high-quality mature fertilized ova; egg laying speed and egg laying quantity are increased by adoption of a low-temperature induction egg-laying method. Growth and development speed and survival rate of larva are increased through scientific management, comb shells are developed to serve as a substrate for spat collection due to long crassostrea nippona aquaculture time, and firmness in spat attachment, less proneness to breakage and shedding and suitableness for mariculture and off-sea deep water aquaculture are realized; by ecological culture of spats in ponds, fast growth of the spats is promoted by taking advantages of high water temperature and rich bait materials in the ponds while production cost is greatly reduced, and on the other hand, the spats are exercised, and mariculture survival rate is increased.
