Abstract

A preparation method of an engraving three-layer composite board relates to the technical field of preparation of engraving composite boards. The method comprises uniformly mixing and extrusion-forming polyolefin, straw powder, function additives and polyethylene wax at 180-220 DEG C to obtain a straw-plastic composite board, and then adhering basswood boards on both sides of the straw-plastic composite board with polyurethane hot-melt adhesives to obtain the engraving three-layer composite board. The basswood boards have the advantage of being easy to engrave, and the straw-plastic composite board can provide sufficient mechanical strength for engraving; meanwhile, by utilization waste straw at high added value, expensive universal engraving wood resources such as wild pearwood can be saved.
