Embodiment 1

[0023] A method for cultivating a new strain of transgenic herbicide-resistant and high-temperature-resistant cotton, the specific steps of which are:

[0024] A. In 2007, 10 genetically modified herbicide-resistant cotton lines including Y16, Y17, Y18, Y19, Y20, Y21, Y22, Y23, Y24, and Y25 were introduced from Genesis Company, and each p line was planted in 1 ridge. About 25 plants are planted for each material. When the cotton plant has 5 leaves and 1 heart, the cotton growth point is sprayed with a glyphosate solution with a concentration of 700ug / mL, and the herbicide-resistant cotton plants are marked with wool. The glyphosate solution with a concentration of 700ug / mL was screened for 5 generations in continuous breeding in Hunan and Hunan; after 5 generations, stable herbicide-resistant varieties H01, H02, H03, H04, H05, H06, H07, H08, H09, H10;

Embodiment 2

[0037] In 2014, the herbicide-resistant and high-temperature-resistant cotton line CH4 was used as the female parent, and the boll-setting transgenic insect-resistant cotton F3 was used as the male parent. ZHM19 was obtained in the 2015 Hunan Cotton Science Research 2015 Excellent Line Comparative Test for seed cotton yield. Winning the first place, ZHM19 was recommended to participate in the 2016 National Cotton Regional Test.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of cotton breeding, and particularly relates to a breeding method of a new transgenic herbicide-resistant and high-temperature-resistant cotton strain. The breeding method comprises: A, planting a transgenic herbicide-resistant cotton strain, spraying on the cotton growth point with a glyphosate solution when the cotton strain has five leaves and one developed leaf, labeling the herbicide-resistant cotton strain, and screening five generations continuously with the glyphosate solution; B, adopting the screened fifth-generation cotton progeny obtained in the step A as the female parent, adopting K13 as the male parent, carrying out first hybridization, planting a F1 generation, spraying on the cotton growth point with the glyphosate solution when the cotton strain has five leaves and one developed leaf, labeling the herbicide-resistant cotton strain, observing the pollen dispersing condition of the cotton strain, and screening the cotton strain with characteristics of herbicide resistance and normal pollen dispersing; and C, adopting the screened fifth-generation cotton progeny obtained in the step A as the recurrent parent, backcrossing the recurrent parent and the cotton strain with characteristics of herbicide resistance and normal pollen dispersing and obtained in the step B for 4 generations, and carrying out selfing for 2 generations. With the breeding method of the present invention, the problem of difficult artificial weeding in the cotton production is solved, and the problem of high-temperature resistance of the early maturing cotton variety in the Yangtze River valley cotton area is solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of cotton breeding, and in particular relates to a method for cultivating new strains of transgenic herbicide-resistant and high-temperature-resistant cotton. Background technique [0002] Weeds in seedling stage of direct-seeding cotton are difficult to control, which has become the main obstacle affecting the whole mechanization of cotton. Therefore, it is particularly important to breed herbicide-resistant cotton varieties. [0003] The suitable temperature range for the growth and development of cotton is 20-30°C. When the day / night temperature continues to exceed 30°C / 20°C for 13 hours, the reproductive growth will be affected and the buds will fall off. The higher the rate, which seriously affects the yield of seed cotton, and affects the fiber development, resulting in a decline in fiber quality. In recent years, extreme high temperature periods exceeding 35°C frequently occurred during the flowering and bolli...
