The treatment system comprises a fixed bed gasifying furnace, fine ash separation equipment, a secondary burning chamber, a quenching tower and a purifying system which are in sequential connection, a feeding port, a coarse fuel gas outlet, a gas inlet and a solidifying residue discharging port are arranged at the top of the fixed bed gasifying furnace, on the upper section of a hearth, on the lower section of the hearth and at the bottom of the fixed bed gasifying furnace, the coarse fuel gas outlet is connected with the fine ash separation equipment, a gas outlet of the fine ash separation equipment is connected with the secondary burning chamber, a gas outlet of the secondary burning chamber is connected with the quenching tower, the secondary burning chamber is further provided with a heat exchange passage which comprises a cold water inlet pipe and a hot water outlet pipeline, and the hot water outlet pipeline is sequentially connected with a steam generator, a gas mixer and the gas inlet of the fixed bed gasifying furnace.
