Embodiment Construction

[0033] refer to figure 1 , the present invention is a method for increasing the thrust density of primary permanent magnet motors, including five parts: primary A1, secondary 2, primary B3, air gap A4, and air gap B5. There is an air gap between primary A1 and secondary 2 A4, there is an air gap B5 between primary B3 and secondary 2. The slot 14 of the primary A1 is used to place the winding. Primary A1 and primary B3 move in a straight line in the same direction and at the same speed, and secondary 2 is fixed. For the specific structure and proportional relationship of secondary 2, see figure 2 .

[0034] The primary A1 is slotted to form an alveolar structure, and the slot 14 is used to place windings, and the type of windings can be concentrated or distributed windings. Groove 14 can adopt various groove types, select according to specific needs. The yoke of the primary A1 provides the main flow path of the magnetic flux, and its thickness can be determined by the spe...

Abstract

The invention discloses a primary permanent-magnet vernier linear motor and a segmenting method therefor, and belongs to the field of vernier linear motors. A primary side which is provided with a permanent magnet in an embedded manner and a winding is segmented to form an upper primary side and a lower primary side, wherein the upper primary side and the lower primary side are respectively provided with the winding and the permanent magnet in an independent manner, the winding is a centralized or distributed winding, and the permanent magnet is disposed at the lower primary side in a surface-embedded or built-in manner, and also can be embedded at the lower primary side in the surface-embedded if a magnetism gathering module is employed. The magnetism gathering module consists of the following parts: one permanent magnet with the magnetizing direction being in a radial direction, and two smaller permanent magnets which are distributed at two sides of the radial magnetizing permanent magnet, wherein the magnetizing directions of the permanent magnets at two sides are symmetric. A secondary side is a cut-off inverted trapezoidal iron core, and is disposed between the upper primary side and the lower primary side. The linear motor is advantageous in that the primary side is segmented, thereby effectively avoiding the space conflict between the permanent magnet and the winding, facilitating the adjustment of an electric load so as to improve the push density; in addition, a long secondary side has no winding and permanent magnet, thereby greatly reducing the cost; the linear motor can be used in the field of long-distance rail transit.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a motor manufacturing technology, in particular to a technology for improving the thrust density of a permanent magnet vernier linear motor. Background technique [0002] The stator permanent magnet motor places both the permanent magnet and the armature winding on the stator, and the rotor has neither winding nor permanent magnet, so the structure is simple. However, the biggest disadvantage of the stator permanent magnet vernier motor is that there is a space conflict between the permanent magnet and the armature winding in the limited stator part. In order to solve this problem, split stator type motors are gradually studied. [0003] Literature IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON MAGNETS, 5(1), Art.ID.8100114, 2015 (NovelPartitioned Stator Switched Flux Permanent Magnet Machines) successfully transformed the traditional stator permanent magnet motor, that is, the flux switching motor into a split stator flux switching The motor also det...
