Abstract

The invention discloses a method for removing copper ions in a nitric acid-containing copper sulfate waster liquid; the method comprises the following steps: (1) firstly, adding sodium thiosulfate into the to-be-treated nitric acid-containing copper sulfate waster liquid, and stirring to dissolve sodium thiosulfate fully; (2) then, adding sodium hydrosulfite into the nitric acid-containing copper sulfate waster liquid treated in the step (1), and reducing the copper ions in the waste liquid into elemental copper; (3) then, adding a PAM solution into a filtrate obtained in the step (2); and (4) finally, allowing to stand, co-precipitating, filtering out the precipitate with a cloth bag filter, and removing copper in the tail liquid. The method utilizes sodium hydrosulfite and sodium thiosulfate for reducing the copper ions in the nitric acid-containing copper sulfate waster liquid into elemental copper, and solves the problems that a conventional copper-containing electrolyte is difficult to reuse and recycle.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of copper sulfate waste liquid treatment, in particular to a method for removing excessive copper ions in electrolytic tail liquid. Background technique [0002] Nitric acid is a kind of strong oxidizing and corrosive acid. Nitric acid is mainly produced by ammonia oxidation in industry, and is used to manufacture fertilizers, explosives, nitrates, etc.; nitric acid has oxidizing and corrosive properties regardless of concentrated or dilute solutions, so It is very dangerous to people; copper sulfate is an important raw material for preparing other copper-containing compounds. Its aqueous solution is weakly acidic and blue. It is also the electrolyte for electrolytic refining of copper. Copper sulfate is a heavy metal salt and is harmful to human health. [0003] There are many ways to remove heavy metals in waste liquid, for example: ion exchange resins and ion exchange membranes can be used to remove metal...
