The material is prepared from, by weight, 50-60 parts of polypropylene, 9-15 parts of silicon monoxide, 12-18 parts of powdered activated carbon, 1-4 parts of 3-aminopropyl triethoxy silane coupling agent, 0.8-1.6 parts of glacial acetic acid, a proper amount of deionized water, 1-3 parts of low-density polyethylene wax, 0.5-1.8 parts of antioxidant, 0.8-1.5 parts of titanate coupling agent, 1-3 parts of antimonous oxide, 0.8-2 parts of zinc borate and 2-4 parts of decabrominated dipheny ethane. Prepared silicon nanowires containing alpha-quartz are added to the melt-blowing polypropylene electret material, and outstanding filtering efficiency is achieved; according to the silicon nanowires loaded by the activated carbon and processed through the silane coupling agent, the loading amount of the silicon nanowires by the activated carbon is improved, and the adsorption of the filtering material to harmful substances in air is effectively improved.
