Embodiment 1

[0031] Example 1 The preparation method of the effective part of Rabbit's ear grass

[0032] Weigh 100g of Rabbit's Ear Grass, heat and reflux twice with 6 times the volume (600ml) of 50% ethanol, 1 hour each time, combine the extracts, spin dry with a rotary evaporator, and obtain the 50% ethanol extraction part of Rabbit's Ear Grass .

Embodiment 2

[0033] Example 2 The preparation method of the effective part of Rabbit's ear grass

[0034] Weigh 100g of Grass brevista, heat and reflux 3 times with 10 times the volume (1000ml) of 60% ethanol, 2 hours each time, combine the extracts, recover ethanol with a rotary evaporator, and obtain 60% ethanol extraction of Grass brevis parts.

Embodiment 3

[0035] Example 3 The preparation method of the effective part of Rabbit's ear grass

[0036] Weigh 100g of Grass brevista, heat and reflux 3 times with 15 times the volume (1500ml) of 95% ethanol, 2 hours each time, combine the extracts, recover ethanol with a rotary evaporator, and obtain 95% ethanol extraction of Grass brevis parts.

Abstract

The invention discloses a medicine for resisting acute alcohol-induced hepatic injury and application thereof. The medicine is prepared from a 50%-95% ethanol extracting part of lagotis brachystachya and a 50%-95% ethanol extracting part of lagotis brevituba. A pharmacological experiment shows that the lagotis brachystachya extract can be used for remarkably reducing levels of ALT, AST, TC, TG, TNF-alpha and NF-kB in mouse serum with the acute alcohol-induced hepatic injury and can also be used for remarkably reducing the level of MDA in liver homogenate and remarkably improving the levels of GSH and SOD; the lagotis brevituba extract can be used for effectively reducing the levels of the ALT, the AST, the TC, the TG, the TNF-alpha and the NF-kB in the serum and can also be used for remarkably reducing the level of the MDA in the liver homogenate and effectively improving the level of the GSH and the SOD; and the lagotis brachystachya extract and the lagotis brevituba extract can be used for remarkably lowering the expression of the TNF-alpha in liver tissues. The lagotis brachystachya extract and the lagotis brevituba extract can be used for preparing the medicine for resisting the acute alcohol-induced hepatic injury, and development and application prospects are relatively good.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medicine, in particular to a drug capable of resisting acute alcoholic liver injury and its application. Background technique [0002] Liver disease caused by liver injury has become an important problem in the global medical field. Liver injury includes chemical liver injury, drug-induced liver injury, immune liver injury and alcoholic liver injury, among which alcoholic liver injury is the most common clinically. Alcoholic liver injury includes alcoholic fatty liver, alcoholic hepatitis, alcoholic liver fibrosis, and alcoholic liver cirrhosis, which are caused by long-term excessive drinking, mainly manifested as nausea, vomiting, jaundice, liver enlargement and tenderness, and may be complicated by liver failure and upper gastrointestinal bleeding. At present, antiviral, anti-fibrosis, artificial liver support therapy, liver transplantation, and immunomodulatory combined therapy are mostly used clini...
