[0019] 1 Simulation model System resource on-demand mapping problem modeling

[0020] 1.1 Simulation model and system resource on-demand mapping problem analysis

[0021] The on-demand mapping between simulation models and system resources refers to the static resource allocation at the initial stage of simulation application operation. Specifically, before the start of the simulation operation, on the basis of knowing the calculation amount, communication amount of each simulation model, and the calculation capacity, storage capacity and communication capacity of each node, a group of related simulation models are executed according to a certain Timing is allocated to each node of the cluster, and the running order of models on each node is determined to improve the throughput of the entire simulation system. This problem is similar to the task schedu...

Abstract

The invention discloses a resource allocation and optimization method for a model in high-flux simulation, and relates to the technical field of computer simulation. High-flux attributes of a simulation model and a simulation resource are modeled and converted into a genetic algorithm of multi-dimensional constraint, and the genetic algorithm is improved and expanded. The method comprises the following specific steps of S1, inputting initialized information; S2, encoding a solution; S3, generating an initial population through a random generation method, namely, t=0; S4, obtaining the fitness of each individual through a fitness function; and S5, performing genetic operations of crossover, mutation and selection, generating a new solution through the crossover and the mutation, and storing an excellent solution to a next generation through the selection. Compared with the prior art, the method has the following beneficial effects: the genetic algorithm is improved and expanded to support resource allocation and optimization of the simulation model with simulation properties.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of computer simulation, in particular to a resource allocation and optimization method for models in high-throughput simulation. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of computer and information technology and the continuous in-depth application of computer simulation technology in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing and other fields, the scale of simulation applications continues to expand, the processing data continues to increase, and performance requirements continue to improve. It is difficult for technology to fully support the operation of simulation applications. High-performance computing and high-throughput computing are the most used technical means in computing science, and are also considered to be the most effective technical approach to solve complex system simulation applications. High-performance simulation systems are often aimed at specific fields and objects, and their ...
