The technique comprises the following steps: a. adhering an LED bead and other components to a flexible printed circuit (FPC), then performing reflow soldering; b. using a lead-free manual soldering process to solder the FPC together to form a long strip; c. subjecting the long strip of FPC to an aging stress process; d. performing extrusion molding on the aging stress-qualified FPC; e. using a solid silicone rubber and an extrusion molding die to perform extrusion molding on the FPC, then baking in an oven for curing; f. performing two spot dispensing operations within a groove of the FPC after extrusion molding, using a heat gun to remove an air bubble, then baking in an oven for curing; and g. excising a semi-finished good from step (f) at a position where adjacent pieces are connected, then installing a cap to complete the processing.
