The polycarboxylate solution comprises, by weight, 1000-1400 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 300-450 parts of acrylic acid, 25-30 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 50-65 parts of catalyst and 500-1000 parts of water.
