The termite-avoiding granules are prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 10 percent to 30 percent of azadirachtin, 3 percent to 10 percent of citronella essential oil, 15 percent to 40 percent of active carbon, 2 percent to 8 percent of an adhesive and 12 percent to 70 percent of filler; the azadirachtin and the citronella essential oil are compounded and the avoiding effect is improved; the active carbon is used for adsorbing and the lasting period of a medicament is greatly prolonged. The termite-avoiding granules are applied to protection parts or parts where termites possibly generate, and the termites are dispelled out of the protection parts, so that the generation and propagation of various types of termites can be controlled, the various types of termites can be effectively avoided, and termite damages are effectively reduced.
