The device comprises a protective shell, a wire-routing structure and two wire-measuring structures, wherein the wire-routing structure is disposed in the protective shell; the two wire-measuring structures are respectively used for measuring incoming wire and outgoing wire situations of a protective device; the two wire-measuring structures are disposed on two sides of the wire-routing structure; positions, corresponding to the two wire-measuring structures, on the protective shell are respectively provided with openings for the wires to come in and go out; the wires sequentially pass through one wire-measuring structure, the wire-routing structure and the other wire-measuring structure; and two ends of the wire respectively extend out of the protective shell from the corresponding openings. As the wire-routing structure and the wire-measuring structures are integrated together, the volume of the whole device can be effectively reduced, the floor area of the device on the site is reduced, and the device is high in protection requirement and convenient to mount and dismount at the same time. Through the two wire-measuring structures, the incoming wires and the outgoing wires can be simultaneously measured, the contrast of the number of the incoming wires and the outgoing wires is guaranteed in a relatively reasonable range so that the redundant accumulation of the wires is not generated in the device and the excessive tensioning of the wires does not occur in the device.
