Reactor fault is monitored by detecting gases generated under a discharge condition, and thus monitoring of the internal fault of a reactor is realized. The gas probes (6) having trumpet-type openings respectively and arranged in reactor air channels detect decomposed gases; the gases are sent to a low potential place through the gas pipelines (7) provided with the air pump (5); the gas sensors (4) or the gas detectors (10) are utilized to measure content of gas components; and the information processing module (3) carries out fault judgment according to the gas content and concentration detected by the gas probes (6) arranged at different positions. The gas pipelines are arranged vertically along the air channels, and are fixedly arranged to the inner walls of the reactor.
