Embodiment Construction

[0053] The present invention will be described in further detail below.

[0054] This embodiment relates to a fatigue detection machine, which includes: an eye tracker, a display, a host and an input device. The eye tracker is used to collect basic eye movement data. The display and the input device are used for UI interaction between the human under test and the host. The input device may be a keyboard or a mouse. Of course, if the display is a touch screen, the input device may also be the display. The host computer is used to run the program, which is realized through the operation of the program: through the display and input devices, it can interact with the UI of the test subject to test the agility of the test subject's reaction, and obtain the eye tracker while testing the agility of the test subject's reaction The collected basic eye movement data, and then analyze the agility of the reaction and the basic eye movement data to determine whether the person under test...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and device for fatigue detection based on eye movement data. According to the method, through user interface (UI) interaction with a to-be-tested person, the response agility of the to-be-tested person is tested; while the test is performed, basic eye movement data is collected through an eye tracker to calculate eye movement fatigue characteristic data, and whether the to-be-tested person is in a fatigue state is judged finally through the response agility and the eye movement fatigue characteristic data in combination with a machine learning algorithm. The process of testing the response agility of the to-be-tested person through the UI interaction with a to-be-tested person is composed of a character search test and a reading comprehension test. Through testing, the detection accuracy rate of the method and device for fatigue detection based on the eye movement data reaches 95.2%; and compared with a conventional fatigue detection method, the method has the advantages of very high accuracy, practicality, simplicity, convenience and learnability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to eye movement data analysis and application in fatigue detection. Background technique [0002] A series of studies have shown that, unlike traditional information browsing and reading methods, using electronic screens is more likely to cause users to feel fatigued. Increased fatigue can lead to low work efficiency, reduced vision and even more serious physical damage. However, many users I didn't realize this in my life and work. Therefore, how to accurately and effectively judge the user's fatigue state in a quick and easy way is a problem to be solved urgently at present. [0003] Many studies have mentioned visual fatigue detection before, but how to get an accurate and objective result, most of the method designs have not perfectly solved this problem. After repeated experiments and demonstrations, the Carnegie Mellon Institute proposed the physical quantity PERCLOS (Percentage of Eyelid Closure over the Pupil) to measure...
