Embodiment 2

[0044] Substantially the same as Example 1, the difference is: the (7) step metering effective viable count is 5 kg of bacillus polymyxa 500 million / g, mixed with 5 kg of bran; the (9) step controls the temperature at about 35°C; (10) The measured effective viable count is 600 million / g.

[0045] Apply the produced agricultural microbial agent to the soil where vegetables have been planted for many years, sprinkle it in when plowing, and use 160kg / mu. Compared with the soil without using the agent, the prevention and control of green pepper fungal diseases can reach about 82%. Yield increased by about 25%.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for fermenting ginkgo leaf residues twice to produce an agricultural microbial agent. The agricultural microbial agent is produced from the ginkgo leaf residues serving as raw materials by two different fermentation processes through different microbial strains, specifically by the following steps: performing primary composting fermentation on the ginkgo leaf residues with a thickness of 1.2 to 15.m by virtue of a mixed strain of aspergillus niger, trichoderma viride and saccharomyces cerevisiae, and inoculating bacillus polymyxa for secondary shallow fermentation with a thickness of 20 to 30cm after thorough decomposition, wherein the living bacterium count of the produced agricultural microbial agent is more than 0.5 billion per gram. A field experiment shows that the agricultural microbial agent can be used for well preventing and controlling pathogenic fungi in soil, reducing soil-borne diseases and promoting growth of crops and has the obvious effect of increasing the yield.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for producing agricultural microbial agent by secondary fermentation of ginkgo leaf residue, which belongs to the field of agricultural biotechnology. Background technique [0002] Ginkgo biloba residue is the solid waste left after the active ingredients such as ginkgo flavonoids and terpene lactones are extracted from ginkgo leaves with alcohol. There are many manufacturers engaged in the production of ginkgo leaf extracts in China, and the leaf residue waste generated every year is about hundreds of thousands tons, the company produces 5000-8000 tons of leaf residue every year. At present, the treatment methods of ginkgo biloba residue include burying, incineration, processing into feed or recycling. Burial will produce foul smell, and it is not easy to rot for a long time. At the same time, it takes up a lot of land space. Burning will produce smoke and waste resources. Since ginkgo biloba residue contains crude ...
