Abstract

The invention relates to an intelligent voice tour guide robot in which a vehicle body design with an upper layer and a lower layer is utilized. The upper layer of the vehicle body is provided with a camera, a sonar ring, an infrared sensor, a voice recording and playing module and a controller. The lower layer of the vehicle body is provided with a chassis, a motor, a motor driver, a storage battery, a power supply conversion module, a driving wheel and a universal wheel. The intelligent voice tour guide robot leads visitors to visit each sight spot in a scenic area according to an optimal path L. Through the sonar ring, the infrared sensor and the camera, advancing speed of the robot is controlled and the robot is made to perform reasonable obstacle dodging. Each time the intelligent voice tour guide robot reaches one sight spot, after the camera confirms arrival of the corresponding sight spot, the voice recording and playing module is started automatically and the robot automatically plays voice instruction information of the sight spot. After introduction information playing, the robot stops at the sight spot by a certain time period and then goes to a next sight spot until the visitors visit all sight spots in the optimal path L.
