The construction method comprises the steps of after trench excavation, inserting the pull rods into reserved positions of the undisturbed soil on the two sides of the trench in advance, and standardizing the height; placing the base in the trench; connecting the connecting rods at the side part of the base with the pull rods for fixation through connecting nuts; grouting the undisturbed soil on the two sides of the trench; and mounting a drainage pipeline, and carrying out trench backfilling according to the requirement to enable the pull rods, the base and the surrounding soil to form a stable and flexible integral body.
