Abstract

The invention discloses a novel method for rapid detection of aflatoxin in food. The novel method studies extraction, purification and enrichment of aspertoxin in food and detects aflatoxin in food by using a combination of high performance liquid chromatography, on-line post-column photochemical derivatization and a fluorescence detector. The method employs a combination of dispersive magnetic solid-phase micro-extraction and dispersive liquid-liquid micro-extraction techniques for extraction, purification and enrichment of aspertoxin in a sample. Compared with a conventional determination method for aflatoxin, the method provided by the invention has the characteristics of a small amount of an organic solvent used in detection, short analysis time, simple operation, low detection cost, accuracy, etc.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a new method for rapidly detecting aflatoxin in food. It belongs to the field of food testing. Background technique [0002] Aflatoxins (AFT) are a class of compounds with similar chemical structures, all of which are derivatives of dihydrofuranocoumarins. Aflatoxin (AFT) is a highly toxic fungal metabolite discovered in the early 1960s. It is mainly produced by Aspergillus flaws and Aspergillus parasiticus after infecting agricultural products. It is one of the strongest known carcinogens and is extremely toxic. In 1993, aflatoxin was classified as a first-class carcinogen by the World Health Organization Cancer Research Agency. [0003] With the frequent occurrence of aflatoxin pollution incidents in the world and in my country, the monitoring of the food field in various countries is becoming more and more strict. At present, the commonly used detection methods include enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELASA), immunoaff...
