A metal ceramic compound is formed by the iron powder and the aluminum nitride ceramic powder, through addition of a trace amount of the nickel powder and a trace amount of the aluminum powder, refining of a two-phase micro-interface is promoted, and wear resistance and strength of the manufactured gear case are further improved.
