A secondary stirring method is improved, first stirring time is properly prolonged, corner angles and wrapped old mortar existed in a fragmentation process of recycled coarse aggregates are effectively reduced, so that workability of the recycled concrete is satisfied without adding additives, substitution rate of the recycled coarse aggregates and mixing amount of the coal ash are changed, and the configured C25 full-recycled-aggregate concrete can satisfy compressive strength and requirements of an invasive index of chloride ion whose function grade is D grade for 50 years of design working life.
