Abstract

The invention discloses a reduction molding method for treating scapular fracture associated with clavicle fracture by fixing in a steel plate. All patients need to undergo clavicle fracture open reduction and internal fixation with screws and reconstruction plate firstly. For the clavicle fracture, anatomical reduction is conducted and the reconstruction plate is pre-bent so as to implement clavicle fixation. A scapular fracture operation is implemented with posterior approach, with the patient in lateral prone position, an incision beginning from the inner side of acromion, coursing to medial border of scapula from scapular spine and turning to inferior angle of scapula, amputating under direct vision and turning posterior deltoid fiber towards outer side, and approaching from an interval between subscapular muscle and teres minor, so that external margin of scapula body and scapular neck are fully exposed. In the case that fracture in the scapula body is difficult to expose, infraspinatus can be separated along the medial border of the scapula to the body by blunt dissection, the lower margin of scapular neck fracture is subjected to anatomical reduction, the reconstruction plate is pre-bent into the shape of the external margin of the scapula and the reconstruction plate is fixed in a mode of clinging to the lower margin of the scapula. For the patient with associated scapula body fracture, reduction can be conducted, and silk threads can be adopted for suturing and fixing. During the operation, operators need to pay attention to protect suprascapular nerve, blood vessels as well as trilateral foramen and quadrilateral foramen contents.
