By means of the method for multiplying the vetiver seedlings by means of the calluses, callus induction and callus differentiation germination and rooting can be completed; meanwhile, culture medium components are optimized, induction efficiency is improved, and eustipes and leafbud callus induction efficiency is improved, wherein the efficiency can reach up to 88.3% counted by the number of the initial inoculating explants; three cultivation links of callus induction and callus differentiation germination and adventitious bud rooting can be completed through one-time inoculated culture, transfer is not needed during the process, sundry bacteria contamination is reduced, and the seedling rate is increased, wherein the seedling rate exceeds 70% and reaches up to 73% counted by the number of the initial inoculating explants.
