[0020] Serum samples from patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and normal subjects were collected from the Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Shantou University School of Medicine. This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Shantou University School of Medicine. Blood samples at 1250 g Serum was collected by centrifugation for 5 minutes, and all samples were stored in a -80°C refrigerator. All patients were pathologically diagnosed as esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
