Abstract

An organic sewage treatment method is disclosed. The treatment method comprises the following steps: (1) prismatoidal, four-pyramid or polygon stone blocks are glued with an adhesive containing epoxy resin to form ''sewage-killing balls'' with diameter of 5-15 centimeters, and voidage of the sewage-killing balls is 35-45%; (2) the ''sewage-killing balls'' are put into a gathering tank of 2-4 meters deep, and total voidage of the gathering tank is 50-68%; and (3) sewage flows into the gathering tank, and wind is supplied through small holes at the bottom of the gathering tank while wind supply volume is 0.036-1.0 meter<3> / min per cubic metre of the gathering tank and operating temperature of the gathering tank is 5-40 DEGC; stopped-flow time of sewage in the gathering tank is 18-34 h and rectilinear flow distance is 18-34 meters; and treated water which accords with emission standard is discharged and sludge is decomposed spontaneously in the gathering tank.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to sewage treatment technology, more specifically, it is an organic sewage treatment method. Background technique [0002] All countries in the world attach great importance to the public nuisance caused by water pollution, and many prevention and treatment countermeasures and treatment technologies have also been proposed. Among them, the activated sludge method is a commonly used sewage treatment method. Its basic process has two precipitations. About 98% of the sludge needs to be concentrated in a huge thickening tank. The sludge stop flow time is 20-30 days. After the sludge is concentrated, it is sent to the digestion tank. Only 30-50% of the sludge is decomposed and reduced. The flow time is as long as 30 days, and the final sludge must be burned by an incinerator. This method has high cost, high maintenance cost, poor effect, and also causes secondary pollution such as waste gas generated by sludge incineration, and requir...
